Refund Policy

For the 30th Birthday Celebration event - if you wish to cancel your booking, 100% of the ticket price will be refunded providing the cancellation request is made by 28 February 2026. Please note Stripe fees are non refundable. From 1 March 2026 if you are no longer able to attend, you may transfer your pass to a waitinglist dancer of the same role. Please contact info@esds.org.uk if you wish to do this. From 1 March 2026 the ticket cost will only be refunded if we manage to resell your ticket before the event begins. Please note tickets should not be sold, exchanged or transferred to another person without express permission of the organisers.

For Level 1 tickets - you may request the cancellation of your ticket and a full refund providing the request is made before the start of the third class of the block.

For Level 2, Social Only and other tickets - you may request the cancellation of your ticket and a full refund provided the request is made before the start of the event.

A waiting list system is used to manage our classes. To keep things fair, you may not transfer your tickets to another person – it must be released to the waiting list.

We reserve the right to make adjustments to event start and finish times and/or venues. If ESDS cancel a class, ESDS's liability will be to the customer making the original purchase and this liability will be limited to the cost of the tickets purchased.
